now im going to pump a little of the oil into my hand and I'm going ot massage your shoulders so lets go ahead and start on your right side and... here we go... mhmh... take a deep breath for me while I massage your shoulder. breathing through your nose....hold... and out through your mouth keep breathing for me.... and I'm working my thumb into the muscle of your shoulder... working form the edge of your shoulder close to your neck right to the base of your neck little circles and I'm going to put both my hands on your shoulders. and Im going to squeeezee the shoulders and release... going to do that one more time.. and I would like to inhale while I squeeze and exhale when I let go so... once again.. I'm going to place my hands... on your shoulders... i'm going to squeeze the muscle take a deep breath and when I let go let that breath out... so placing both my hands firmly on your shoulder I'm going to squeezeee... gooood... and release... (would be great if you could say this closer to the microphone) perfect (would be great if you could say this closer to the microphone) working the muscle with both my hands going down up and down your arm.... up and down... back up to your shoulder= working my thumm in circles to the base of your neck.. goodd... squeezing the muscle... feeling any tension just melt away beneath my hand... goood.... you are doing so well (closer to the microphone) Lets squeeze you again... your shoulder... breath in when I squeeze breath out when I let go. I'm playing both my hands firmly on your shoulders... and I'm going to squeeeeeze the muscle (closer to the microphone) squeeze..squuezeeee and let gooo.. goood. lets do that one more time. placing my hands on your shoulder. I'm going to squeeeeze the musclee... squeeezing...goood and let go now lets give a little attention to the back of your neck. let me lean in closer so I can get behind. and here we go... just let your neck relax.... if you can tilt your head for me... move it to the side.... stretch it...you should feel a light stretch... now I'm going ot put my hand on the base of your head and work the muscle right beneath your hairline up and down slowly working my way down your back getting your back now.... a little bit here and a little bit here lets now get both your shoulders at the same time... and go down this arm.. up and down up and down... same with this other arm uppp and down.. good... lets do a bit of a hand massage now... I will gently work my thumb into your palm... I will be squeezing each of your fingers... please put your hand on my hands please... thank you... just going to gently massage your hands... working my thumb into your palm.... moving my thumb in circles... massaging your wrists.... pampering your hands..... gently pulling on your fingers rotating your thumb... good. little gentle massage on the back of your hand now back on your palm... gently working my thumb in your palm.. and you should feel any tension in your hand slowly go away.. let me get some more oil... can I get your other hand pleasee... working that oil into your hand.... should feel nice and warm.... and the warmth of the oil.... should feel like it's melting into the muscles of your hand... you should feel your whole body relaxing as I move my thumb in gentle circles... firmly but gently... all over your palm.... the heel of your hand... little bit of your wrist. now let me squeeeze and pull your fingers.. rotate your thumb.. gooodd... a little attention to hte back of your hand.... perfect... now back to your palm. now let your hand relax..... what I would like to do now is continue to massage your shoulder. I will massage them very gently.... just squeeeezinng out any remaining tension getting ready for some nice deep sleep. so I'm going to massage your shoulders breath nice and deeply for me.... I want you to close your eyes for me.... your eyes are getting so heavy.... let you eyelids just fall..... just feel as I squeezeee the tension out... as you fall a sleep.
